About me
I am Rati Szabolcs. I train hard now so I can still run when I am old. This is my blog about it.
Why this blog exists
Let me be blunt. Most people treat training like a hobby they can skip when they are busy. I don't. I take training and healthy living seriously, because I want to still be able to run when I am old. Not shuffle. Not need help getting off the sofa. Run.
That does not happen by accident. The strength, legs, balance and lungs you have at 80 are built now, years earlier, rep by rep. So that is what this blog is about: training hard, eating like an adult, sleeping enough, and not falling for the nonsense the fitness industry keeps selling.
Who I am
I am Rati Szabolcs and I live in the Netherlands. I run FitFat AI on my own. No editorial team, no sponsor, no supplement brand behind it. Just me.
What I am not: I am not a doctor, a dietitian or a physiotherapist. I will never pretend to be one. When I write about health, I check what the actual guidelines and research say and I link the sources, so you can check them yourself. When something needs a professional, I say so.
What you will find here
- Workouts you can do at home or in the gym, with a video for every exercise from my own exercise video library.
- Straight talk about strength, walking, food and sleep. Short where it can be, detailed where it needs to be.
- The AI Lab. A lot of people now ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude about training and food. I ask them the same question, check their answers against real sources and show you where they get it wrong.
How I use AI
The site is called FitFat AI for a reason, so let's be honest about it. I use AI tools to help me research, structure and polish posts, especially because English is not my first language. What I publish is my decision and my responsibility, and every health claim is checked against sources I link.
Money
The site may show Google ads. That is how it pays for itself. Nobody pays me to recommend a product, and if that ever changes, I will say so right on the post.
